how to disable maximization of a window

hi

i created a simple window..

i want to disable the resizing & maximization of a window..

i user gtk_window_set_policy() but it just disable the resizing..

how i disable the maximize button of a window .

actully i want to create a window whose size can not be changed ..

is there any way to do that .. if ya plz help me....
