GTK+ Themes Runtime and Win32 and Implement with GNOME

Hi all

	Does anyone have or know where i can
	download a compiled version of the 
	GTK+  Themes Runtime for windows ?

	I have downloaded them from the
	GIMP/W32 Site, but cygwin can't
	compile it and mingw won't compile it.
            (i'm current fixing it, but i don't know if it works)

	So has anybody a working .dll set handy
	or know where i can download these dlls ?

	And how do i have to implement
	void gtk_rc_parse( char *filename );
	that i don't override the GNOME System
	Installed Theme ?
