Chapter 11 of Gtk+ book available

The text of Chapter 11 from my book on Gtk+ deals with Container widgets and
is now available for interested reviewers. All chapters of the book currently
written can be found at

The subject of containers is big; this chapter is approximately 50 pages and
still only covers half of the topic. Chapter 12, which should be available in
a month or so, covers the remaining container classes. 

Your help in finding errors and general problems is greatly appreciated.
