Chapter 13 of Gtk+ book posted for review

I've posted Chapter 13 of my book on Gtk+ Programming in C. This chapter
continues my look at container classes with descriptions of the GtkTree,
GtkTreeItem, and GtkCTree classes.

(Chapter numbers are tentative, and I am likely going to reorganize the
structure of the book before too long).
