what is gtkextra ?

what is gtk extra ?? 

it apears that there are a lot of things that was really fighting for
obtaining... and now they are just there ready !!!

thanks for a great favour ! however, i dont know about that in detail so
please provide me.

do i have to do any other installations ? are they already the part of
exsisting gtk or is that a patch or something ???
