ANNOUNCE: gnotepad+ v1.2.1 (stable) and v1.3.0pre4 (devel) released

Hi,

gnotepad+ is an easy-to-use HTML/text editor for GTK and GNOME.

v1.2.1 has been released.  This is a bug-fix only release, intended
mainly for those who don't want to upgrade to the next version, but
want the bug fixes.

v1.3.0pre4 has also been released.  This is the latest development
version, which includes new features not in the 1.2.x versions.
