This is a FAQ: Replace the apostrophes you use (') with backticks (`)
(this goes from the upper left to the lower right, think of the backslash,

The packager failed to include it -- in this case you may want to
"consult" the source package, which contains the source tarball, which
should contain gtk-config.txt (with the midnight commander you can browse
RPMs and tarballs just as they were normal directories).
