ANNOUNCE: GTK+ and GLib 1.2.6 Released

GTK+ and GLib 1.2.6 are now at: ftp://ftp.gtk.org/pub/gtk/v1.2/.
   
The 1.2.x series is a stable series and is binary compatible
within the series.  That means you can install this new version
of GLib and GTK+ and applications can use it without being
recompiled if they were already compiled against 1.2.0.

Overview of Changes in GTK+ 1.2.6:

* container queue_resize fixes
* gtk[vh]scale: minor fixups
* rename idle to idle_id in testgtk to avoid conflicts with 
  broken libs
* More consistant naming of gtkrc files
* Added language support: ro, uk

Overview of Changes in GLib 1.2.6:

* One very small automake fix.
