Patch for Shapes

If you like Shapes, perhaps you find useful this patch.

With a new function "gtk_widget_shape_combine_mask_with_op" you can specify an
operation code (Set, Union, Subtract, Intersect or Invert, as in
XShapeCombineMask) for the resulting window shape.
It can be useful, in example, if you want to put many pixmaps in only a
container, and then merge their masks in a shape for such container.

The patch must be applied on top of the gtk+-1.2.3 sources, because modify gdk
and gtk.
