Gnome has a gtk-xmhtml widget which appears to be a port of a Motif html
widget.

Form support in the current version is very broken. I submitted some
patches gto make it better but, <shrug>, haven't heard anything about them
yet.

I don't think the widget actually depends on any gnome features -- but
haven't tried it since my stuff depends on gnome.
