CVS

hi, I have again problem with the CVS..
i use tchs. i have set
setenv CVSROOT=':pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome'

and then make
cvs login
but when I press enter I obtain
cvs [login aborted]: authorization failed: server anoncvs.gnome.org
rejected access

why this?
