Fixed-size windows

Hi -

I have been snooping around for a way to make top-level windows fixed-size
(that is, the window manager or application user cannot resize them at
runtime). The FAQ mentions "gtk_container_disable_resize" but in all the
headers (I'm using v1.2) I can't find that function... it was probably
removed for some reason.

I'd rather not go behind GTK's back and mess with things using GDK 
(considering it's a pain, and I'm an idiot and prone to breaking things
anyway)...
