Setting usize of box...

Hello,
    I was using gtk_widget_set_usize() to set the sizeof some box and
table widgets. The one thing that I noticed is that you cannot shrink the
program with the window manager, you can expand it...but once you expand
it, you can't shrink it back. If you want an example of this, look at gFTP
1.12
