Announce: GtkDatabox-0.1.10.0 released

Announcement:

GtkDatabox-0.1.10.0 has been released.

The GtkDatabox widget is used to display large amounts of numerical data
as dotted curves. Several sets of data may be shown at one time, you may
zoom in to view the details. The widget has already been adapted to
several scientific projects around the world. 

Most parts of the widget have been rewritten during the last few days
resulting in a much clearer API but some incompatibilities as well
(hopefully the last ones). 

Recent changes include:

1) The data sets are now added and removed from the databox via
functions
2) Optional rulers to show the mouse position
3) Scrollbars are now optional
4) Zoom function may be disabled
5) Different dot sizes may be selected
