Can someone tell me who is currently maintaining the theme code? I'm
unhappy about how the global them overrides per-application gtkrc files.
I've posted a few times on the subject, but haven't gotten any response.
I'm willing to put some development time into improving the situation, but
I'd like to talk to someone who is more familiar with the code (it is a
bit impenetrable)
