GNU dll?

Well, I pieced together a program to test gtk under Win32 and got it to compile
and such. When I run it however, I get a message "A required .DLL file,
GNU-INTL.DLL, was not found". I cannot find this file anywhere (FTP search,
websearch). Does anyone know where I can get this and why I'm getting this
message? Thanks.
