Glib 1.2.3

I am having problems compiling Glib 1.2.3. I have OpenLinux 1.3 with Kernel version 2.2.10. The error is that I am missing the file dlfcn.h . Where can I obtain this file, or what package is it in? Thanks in advance for your help.
