Use a good mailer that has built in support for filtering, so you can
have messages automatically delivered to different mailboxes, depending
upon the headers.
Netscape has support for filtering, xfmail has, exmh (which is based upon
mh), etc.
There are also standalone filters like procmail.
Use freshmeat.net to search.
