How to get GtkGLArea to CVS?

Hello,

I have been developing GtkGLArea, it is a GTK widget for OpenGL rendering,
from time to I get requests to put it into the gnome CVS. People claim
that GtkGLArea is better than gtkGL (another OpenGL widget that is already
in the gnome CVS) and not suprisingly I agree :)

Who decides what goes to CVS?
