Gtk/Gdk port to VMS?

I won't bore you with the perverse tale of why I need this, but has
anyone ported the Gtk to VMS?

Is anyone willing to help share the work for doing so?  I'm probably
going to have to do it myself if it doesn't already exist, but having
help could means it might get done before the next millenium...
