inconsistency between view_line and set_view_lines

Using gtk-1.1.16,
gtktree.h defines _GtkTree with a field "view_line", but define a procedure
to access this field called gtk_tree_set_view_lines. From a consistency
point of view (and for an automated tool), we should have the same name for
both I would say.
