DND from Netscape

I'd like to write a small utility which would use GTK for comunication
with user and Motif for DND comunication with Netscape. As a first step,
I tried to receive an URL drop from Netscape, but that doesn't seem to
work. Is there an application (with available source) which manages to
receive drops from Netscape?

And can I use Motif and GTK in the same application? Since GTK is not Xt based,
there could be trouble with this.
