Hello,
I have problems installing GTK+ 1.1.15 and GLib 1.1.15 on my slackware
3.6 box with previously installed GTk 1.0.6. After "make install" on GTK
and GLib everything seems to be fine, but when I try to compile something
that needs GTK, i got error messages like this (during ./configure)
...
checking for gtk-config... /usr/local/bin/gtk-config
checking for GTK - version >= 1.1.8... *** GTK+ header files (version
1.0.6) do
not match
*** library (version 1.1.15)
no
configure: error: Cannot find GTK: Is gtk-config in path?
...
Are the old 1.0 headers located somewhere else than 1.1? How to get rid of
this? What should I do?
Thanks
