Announce: Teraform 0.2.4 is available

It requires Gtk--0.11.0 or 0.11.1 and is available via the Gtk+
application repository
(http://metalab.unc.edu/gtk/) or it's homepage:
     http://www.peoplesoft.com/peoplepages/g/robert_gasch/terraform/
from which you can get the software, view the README file or see some
screenshots.

This version features lots of minor improvements as well as a first
attempt at erosion code ...
