strange effect with locales are gone (glibc-problem)

Hello i switched back to glibc-2.0.7-29 from mandrake distribution. Now the
strange gettext problems are gone. In the same time it was necessary to
use another egcs (1.03a) as the newer one missed some symbols
(register_stack_frame __bzero ..) but i believe in glibc-troubles ..
