0.9) Solve the problem with slowlyness.

	0.9a) This is not related to themes (or pixmaps themes)

	0.9b) It is not related to CPU or memory. (I have seen it in 12mb 
		  486 66MHz and 512MB Athlon 600Mhz.)

	0.9c) It might be something in the way it has been used in some programs.
	   	  I have seen it in gnotepad+, gedit, Gxedit and I few that I wrote.
		  Maybe a mix of widgets, properties, ... lead to this.
