Havoc,

I downloaded gimp, glib and gtk as rpm's.
Kpackage says it can't read rpm configure file then tells me Kpackage has to run
in root. I go to root and enter kpackage.
I get wrong character set error message and unable to open /usr/lib/rpm/rpmrc,
no such file or directory.

Ideas?
