GtkAda 1.3.3 and Glade 0.5.0 for Win32

GtkAda is an Ada95 graphical toolkit based on Gtk+ version 1.2.x. It
allows you to develop graphical applications in Ada95 using Gtk+.
This release is based on GtkAda 1.3.2, but uses the latest Gtk+ snapshots
and provides a binary version of Glade 0.5.0, the Gtk+ GUI builder.
