announce: Gtk-- example programs, glademm generated

I updated the link to the gtk-- example programs
at http://home.wtal.de/petig/ .

Since these programs are fully machine-generated they are not commented.
Though they are part of the glademm distribution and you might create
your own set.

Now there's sample code for filling clist, notebook, optionmenu and
menubar (menufactory).
