Viewing the book in RTF format

After many requests to convert the book and finding it too much of a
pain - and required too much editing - I ended up finding some source
to convert rtf file format and incorporated it into the notepad
application sample.  You can download the source/binary of the notepad
as well as the chapters to the book at
http://www.bcpl.net/~eharlow/book. 

Updated information will be posted this weekend as I'm in the middle
of a rewrite of some of the material. 

If you find problems with the notepad, please report them so I can fix
them.
