there's a really excellent one called glade which can be found at
http://www.comp.lancs.ac.uk/computing/users/damon/builder/index.html

unfortunately, it's in early beta and AFAIK can't save source code yet.
but it's a really good program, and i encourage everyone to check it out
and/or hack on it a bit. it'd be really nice if someone could get it to
save C source.
