Pop up arbitrary boxes as defined by pam --- password or not or just
info with an OK button or whatever.
It might be called more than once in the course of a PAM authentication
or password-changing session.
I see two potentially useful conversation functions, one that pops up
modal dialogs of its own, and another which takes a parent and puts
stuff inside an existing window somehow. I haven't thought much about
how it would work.
