can't be of much help but maybe more than nothing. :)

gtk-xmhtml is running fine and - as far as i could see by now - supports all
standard html tags just fine. there doesn't seem to be any documentation for
it, but the headers are quite clear and after no more than a few minutes of
experimenting i got it to work.
