Menuitem

[Krzysztof Krzyzaniak <eloy arrakis cs put poznan pl>]

I wonder if is possible in gtk+ to create menuitem with two entries. I
mean something like this:

 |----------|
 | File     |
 +----------+-----------+
 | Open File     Ctrl-O |

Open file is first entry and Ctrl-O is second.
