problem installling patch 99.7-99,8

Hi,
I had a problem installing the latest patch (0.99.7 - 0.99.8)
I've got patch version 2.1, on Linux/i486
The problem line seems to be:

there's another line exactly the same later in the patch and that
caused trouble as well.
