_constructors needed

I've just finished reviewing gtk-- in its entirety to bring it up to
date with all the recent changes in gtk+.

gtk-- needs a _constructor() call for the following widgets :

GtkCheckButton,
GtkCurve,
GtkRadioButton,
GtkScrolledWindow,
GtkToggleButton,
GtkTreeItem,
GtkGammaCurve

Some of these widgets' bindings are working nonetheless, at the cost
of code duplication, but some can't cope without. I'm willing to
submit a patch if the respective authors don't mind...
