There are a number of paths to reaching enlightenment (err... thats
the metaphysical, not the rasterman) when seeking knowledge of GTK and
it's many glorious widgets.

The Tutorial will give you an introduction to how to program with GTK
generally and documentation on the specific widgets on which someone
has written a section.

Failing that, the example code in testgtk.c (which comes with GTK)
will serve as a good introduction to almost every widget.

Then for a widgets complete API, the best place to look is in it's
header file.

And then check the FAQ for some obscure things.

If all that fails, you should at least know enough to ask a question
to this list to which you know half the answer (if you see what I
mean).

TIP OF THE DAY: ask the question such that you tell us what you are
trying to achieve, rather than asking about something really
specific, using how you think it should be implemented - there may
be a better way.

Enough random mutterings from me.
