It should be close to working. The UD-xxx-II models have an
identical command set to the  ArtZ tablets, and should work
perfectly, but it sounds like your tablet may have an older
ROM version. (Wacom IV v1.1 or 1.2 as opposed to v1.3 or v1.4)

The one report I have from somebody using an older UltraPad
was that everything worked except the eraser. Your pad should
be at least worth trying out.
