New program: gtk-shell

Hiya,

Being bored last night, I decided to make a new program.

gtk-shell is a simple program that will ask for user input using GTK
widgets and outputs the result. Can be use in shell scripts or other
programs. ie: 
xv -quit -root `gtk-shell --title Which image? --file-selection`
