I would reckon not many people enjoy having only half the window appear on
their screen if they have a virtual desktop. (i.e. 1600x1200 virtual, 1024x768
real).  You can botch it anyway with gdk_screen_width (), gdk_screen_height ()
and gtk_window_position().
