GIMP+Qt issue

maybe more distributed work should be put into raster's gtk theme stuff.
and when the KDE people want a GIMP that fits into their Qt-based
interface guidelines, they can write a nice little Qt-like theme lib.

note to raster: thanks for committing the stuff a few days ago. i would
have liked for you to mail me when you did that, but i found out anyway.
i'm going to spend some time (whenever i find some, hopefully soon) to
look through it and port to the latest CVS gtk+. if i'm lucky, i'll be
able to keep it updated with the latest gtk and provide patches between
the two trees whenever they're needed.
