That is because the GIMP gets a lot of GTK+ bugs, and we don't
have a GTK+ bug tracking system to transfer them to.

However, the bug tracking system is meant for the GIMP, not
for GTK+, and bugs reported there don't necessarily get seen
too quickly. (Several GTK+ maintainer have accounts, but...)

Bugs reported to gtk-bugs@gtk.org will generally be seen and
responded to more promptly.
