Gtk-- 0.9.8 matches up with Gtk 1.0.0-1.0.4.  I messed around with it the 
other day.  Very cool, even though the docs are lacking even more so than 
the Gtk documents.  Next time I start a new project, I'll use it instead 
of the C Api.
