Hi *,
I am confronting some difficulties with 1.0.4 on HP-UX. On a HP-UX
11.0 9000/7xx PA-RISC1.1 it refuses to build shared no matter what
I do, even with the +z flag which it reports as non-working so I
end up with static libs, very long link times and a whooping 4MB+
application!
That config is a bit annoying if you start it up by accident it
doesn't stop no matter how many times you press Ctrl-C.
I am trying to rebuild on an HP-UX 10.20 9000/8xx PA-RISC1.1
machine and there it does report that +z works (same compiler
different host/machine), for gdk/gtk it enables shared libs (though
it says libtool doesn't support it) but when it goes into glib
it says that the +z flag does not work. Is this a configuration
error?
GDK compilation breaks because it cannot find shape.h (extensions/)
even though I have specified the path to that on --x-includes so
those switches aren't working correctly.
Input?
Emilio
