hm, i think it was added about 3 or 4 month ago.
imho gdk_draw_pixmap() would be the appropriate function to
remove (though i don't know where it is used), as XCopyArea() is
in fact not limited to pixmaps and gdk_window_copy_area() cares about
the private->destroyed field.
