ANNOUNCE: gnotepad+ v1.0.6 released

gnotepad+ v1.0.6 has been released.  highlights since 1.0.5:
     
        - compatibility with gtk+-1.1.7
	- various bug fixes and optimizations (see ChangeLog for more details)

although released, v1.0.5 was never publicly announced, except
on the homepage.  changes between 1.0.4 and 1.0.5 included:

	- compatibility with gtk+-1.1.5
	- added menu accelerators and tearoffs (if using gtk+-1.1.x)
