Bug in Gtk+/testgtk?

Hello,

when I run testgtk from recent CVS snapshots and choose the progressbar
demo, some of the widgets look weird, notably the togglebuttons, the
arrows on the dials and the option menus. Please check out a screenshot
at http://195.12.172.65/~martynas/gtkprogress.gif to see what I mean.

Is this a bug in Gtk+ or testgtk, or maybe just something in testgtkrc?
Heck, maybe this is intentional? I'm just curious.

It also could be my X server, but nothing else behaves this way,
including all Gtk+ apps.
