Vertical Ruler

	Hi!

	I want to use a vertical ruler, but I to have the negative
	portion stay below the positive, and the positive one, at 
	the top!

	In other words, I want to be able to call 
		gtk_ruler_set_range(...) 
	passing an upper value that is less than the lower value. 

	How can I do this???
