ANNOUNCE: Amcl 0.3 released

Amcl = A simple Mud CLient.

Written in GTK+ and aims to be a small, fast and useable mud client for X, not
just being a big blunt in the way.

New Features:
- Faster plotting of text then before.
- Aliases, and a nice list to make use of them.
- Now remembers the last connected host.

Featues:
- ANSI colors (much better support will be in next version)
