Announcement of Gtk/Perl-0.2_04

Gtk/Perl release 0.2_04 has been uploaded to ftp.gimp.org, and CPAN as
soon as possible.

No new features, just the various patches applied (thanks, folks!) and an
improved test.pl. (Just about everything but drag'n'drop is tested now,
although a few things are still buggy, including the scrolling test, the
mask on the icon, and the icons on the notebook pages.) 

On request: could we get some gdk_bitmap_create_from_file and
create_from_filedata commands? The gdk_bitmap_create_from_data command is
virtually useless within an interpreter.
